Perusahaan yang menangani pembangunan icon baru kota Pontianak ini adalah PT Surya Pajintan menggandeng Xin Zhong Cheng Investment, Pte, Ltd, perusahaan asal Hongkong.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Dikutip dari <i>Pontianak Post <\/i>Direktur Utama PT Surya Pajintan Siman Bahar, mengatakan mal mewah ini akan menjadi kawasan berintegrasi dengan beragam fasiltias. \u201cDi dalamnya nanti akan ada bangunan utama mal dengan lima lantai. Lalu akan terintegrasi dengan hotel berbintang empat di atasnya yang berjumlah lima lantai.
